harlem is...Downtown, the largest exhibition by Community works, opening in Feburary of 2016 at historic Federal hall, celebrates the hsitory of Harlem's roots in downtown Manhattan in early New York and it's legacy of keeping alive it's identitiy, activism, and arts though the 20th centurry to the present.
